Private Dining Experience

Book 1 day ahead and enjoy a private dining experience, brought to your destination of choice. Choose from the comfort of your own one or two bedroom villa, the herbs garden, or even the resort pier. Choices include a khmer set menu, western menus or a bbq. Come to our front desk to book your evening, and you may select additional services such as flower bouquets, cake, a band or a DJ depending on the location.

Coconut Planting

Should you wish to create a unique family memory while staying with us, we provide a great opportunity for you to plant your own family Coconut Palm tree. Please book with us in advance for your own wooden plaque with your name on it (20 hours in advance).

KEP SHAKE – THE CRAB MARKET

Start your day with a visit to the famed Crab Market where blue swimmer crabs are hauled up in wooden crates before your eyes. Continue by exploring Kep’s quaint town center, adorned with its French colonial villas that are reminders of its diverse past. Lunch is a casual-chic affair at Knai Bang Chatt, a lush boutique hotel with a charming beachfront restaurant. Then wrap up with a post-lunch stroll along the golden sands of Kep’s.

The Amber culinary team loves hosting these experiences, and our expert chef will teach you some traditional Khmer dishes from the menu of our restaurant. Experience the view of Kampot by river on this hour-long river boat ride. This romantic experience will take you along the Kampot River to admire the sights, sounds, and nature of its emerald waters.
